Pretty sad. He is in a no win spot, white Republican Gov dealing with Baltimore. Omalley was at least a Dem and former Mayor of Baltimore. I will say most folks up here in Annapolis think Hogan is still trying to figure out how he won, this won't help his long term plans over the next 4 years.

The people of Baltimore will end up policing themselves. I think what we are seeing on tv is a very small faction of the community. Like 2% I'd guess.
