For baseball to improve overall as a game:
1) use technology for the strike zone, leave umps there to make calls at the plate, swing/no swing, players hbp, and so on. I am so tired of umps/refs,...etc...interjecting themselves into the game and holding grudges against/for certain plays
2) limit team rosters to 10 pitchers, like the old days, it will cut down pitching changes, trips to the mound, and so on and so on.
3) definitely a pitch clock
4) i would personally cut 20-30 games off the schedule because the season starts too soon and needs to end sooner.
Meaningful cuts will only happen if they cut commercials, and the players union will never go for that.
