I generally don't like the "made-up" holidays like this, but there are a few I can support. National Hamburger Day is one of them. To celebrate there'll be homemade burgers for dinner at the NDallasHome - WAY better than the ones described by Eddie Murphy.

As luck would have it, I had D'Artganan Foods Gourmet Burger Kit delivered yesterday. Wagyu-style ground beef (80/20), black truffle butter and foie gras. Might as well grill them up tonight!!
