Not much on Special teams and kicking ( field goals, as punter was pretty decent)
We were atrocious last year on special teams. This was a massive frustration as this is not nearly as Talent dependent as other areas. What I mean is, you don’t have to be super talented to field good special teams. That we struggled and were at times awful last year should be getting some discussion.
Curious if anyone else shares my interest in this critical phase of the game. We must significantly improve on special teams or it will be difficult to see us winning against any superior opponents….and there will be many, more talented teams on the schedule this season.
