$200 greens fees not exactly what I think of as a public course; but it sure looks cool, and honoring Stewart with it was classy.

That's on off days; can get in the $300 during peak times. Prolly similar to Pebble Beach, I'm sure, but Payne Valley doesn't have Pebble's CV or mystique. The way I play the game, I won't pay over $75 (unless someone can get me Augusta National somehow).
