We are trying to troubleshoot a problem some are having not receiving push notifications from the Warchant app. To get our developer to fix the problem, they need to know who is being impacted and why. In order to do that we need specific information to pass on.
Before providing info. please make sure (1) your notifications are turned on. Do this by clicking on the menu (three dashes at the top of the app - see below) and then click on "notifications". Select the type of updates you'd like to receive - football, recruiting, basketball, etc..
(2) If you have done this and are sure you aren't receiving notifications. Uninstall the app, then reinstall and make sure to turn on your notifications when you first open the app. If you skip this part you won't receive notifications.
(3) If you are still sure you aren't receiving push notifications check your phone's settings to make sure notification are turned on for this app. There should be a "notifications" choice within your settings menu. If it doesn't show up as blocked, please select the "Warchant.com" app and make sure it isn't blocked, and if it is, turn on notifications.
(4) If all that fails, and you are sure you aren't receiving notifications please provide as many specifics about your phone (model and version), OS and phone network. If you don't want to post it in this thread, please email the info. to support@warchant.com.
