While we have nothing to do with the result of the National Championship Game other than having played Clemson. Where this helps FSU is that if Lane were to coach the Final the only tendencies with Sark would be for the spring game to see how they are using their personnel. Getting a chance to see Alabama under the offensive guidance of Sarkisian in such a big game will allow our staff to see how Sark will call plays going forward. Obviously in a much smaller sample but just being able to start picking up tendencies and play calling certainly helps our staff..Then this spring they will be able to compare notes and see how much of the calls in the big game was Sark running Lanes stuff or how many wrinkles he implemented..I know this was a long winded comment but I think this is a good thing for us as subtle as it may be as our staff will start working on Alabama this winter/spring..
