In interview on ESPN about a half hour ago that ND will be full equal partners with the other 14 members in sharing of revenues from the ACC linear network that starts in 2019. For the rights fees they will get 20% of what the other 14 members get (not sure what that entails).
I can't imagine the ACC giving ND equal shares for linear network without ND football coming over. It would not make sense to give them equal shares in the linear network revenue pool without ND as a full member for football.
