The "Iron Clad" GOR

When did we get rid of lawyers and courts? I'd seriously like to know when that happened. Because some of you are so naïve to the fact that contracts and this includes the "Iron Clad" GOR as I've seen some of you refer to it, are continually becoming null & void when outside factors/conditions come into play that were not in effect when the contract was executed.

If there was a market force shakeup so seismic that it fundamentally altered the conditions that were currently in place when a contract was executed. Do you really think the parties to said contract would just sit there and say, "oh well, we've just got to sit here and take it up our rear end since we signed the contract". Are some of you really that obtuse?
