Somehow, someway, the final ACC road game of Florida State's 2023 season is already upon us.

The No. 4 Seminoles (8-0, 6-0 in ACC) play their penultimate road game of the season Saturday afternoon (3:30 p.m. on ESPN) against the Panthers (2-6, 1-3) at Acrisure Stadium in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

It's the first time FSU has played at Pitt since 2013, when the Seminoles won 41-13 in Jameis Winston's now-iconic FSU debut. However, Pitt leads the all-time series 6-4 and won the last game these teams played 41-17 in Tallahassee late in the 2020 season.

For the fifth straight week, FSU is a double-digit favorite in Saturday's game. The Seminoles are favored by 21.5 points against the Panthers, who have lost six of their last seven games since a 2-0 start and lost 58-7 last week at Notre Dame.

While the weather has a chance of being chilly this time of year in Pittsburgh, it's in the mid 40's right now and is expected to get into the high 50's by game time.

There are quite a few Seminoles who will be potentially returning from injuries this week after missing some time. This list includes wide receivers Johnny Wilson, Destyn Hill and Hykeem Williams, defensive tackle Dennis Briggs Jr. and defensive backs K.J. Kirkland and Edwin Joseph. Bob and I will both be in attendance at Acrisure Stadium starting around 12:30 p.m. and we'll be watching for their statuses and providing updates as we obtain them during pregame warmups.
