I have to apologize if this comes across as a negative Nancy type post. But I have to tell it like it is. This is the same search firm that got Charlie Weis for Kansas. And that absolutely buried a program that was already down and hurting. Suggesting Weis to Kansas after all he did to UF and especially Notre Dame was boarderline criminal! Bob LaMonte, Weis' agent soaked ND to the tune of $40 to $50 million dollars and then he turned around and soaked Kansas for more millions. Weis was the worst coach imaginable! He used to fall asleep sitting in a chair with drool running out of his fat mouth during team meetings with all the players laughing at him. His coaching abilities were the worst.
