It goes without saying, that if MN has another losing season, it could very well be his last. However, after looking at the depth chart, we are still so underclassman heavy at every major position minus 1-2 on either line. When MN inherited this roster it was a complete purge job. Although it’s been tough to watch, progress can be seen. We are still underwhelming with the high school recruits we are accustomed to pulling, but he has worked the portal to our advantage to fill holes immediately. While I would completely understand if he were canned if we miss a bowl, I’d hate to see it with a team full of experienced, game-proven players moving into ‘23. I think we can win 7-8 this season and it be moot, but the players have to play.
