or 2015 to clarify.....will it be Giants?

The winner gets winston-provided he comes out, will a team throw a game for him?

My Raiders have sucked for more than a decade (Commitment to Excrement). I'd settle for another year of suckage to have Winston as the QB of the future.

Oakland maybe? Would hate to see Jameis wind up in that organization .They always seem to be surrounded in turmoil. Maybe if they went back to L.A. and built a brand new stadium he could be the man who brought the Raiders back from the depths. I think a good Raiders team is good for the NFL. As a Jags fan I certainly wouldn't want Jameis in Houston but God knows if Houston does get the first overall pick they will take a QB. Jameis might not be the first QB taken though so who knows. Or even declares for that matter. Stranger things have happened.

I think Cleveland will be the worst team. Especially if Johnny gets the starting job early on. Of course they'd trade that pick, so Jameis will probably end up going to someone that's decent but needs a QB. Like St. Louis (they have a lot of picks to offer). Or maybe a Houston, or Arizona.

Tampa Bay! They will falter with a Glennon at QB, a no name defense, an undersized RB that can't pound the rock.

WRs are nice, but WRs rarely win you games when your QB is one of the worst in the league.

I think people (not FSU fans) under estimate Winston's intangibles due to his off field stuff. They're overlooking his presence as a teammate.

He could succeed as well as anyone could in Oakland.

Won't be the Browns, they always end up winning a couple games they shouldn't, then that keeps them around that 4-6 pick range. Happens all the time.

Bradford has some pretty serious weapons now. If he puts up the numbers some are expecting him to I doubt Jameis would be in play. I think the Chiefs might come in to play. Alex Smith isn't getting any younger and they may struggle this year. KC is a great franchise with great fan support. I'm a Jags fan so I know that pipe dream isn't going to take place but KC is a place I wouldn't mind seeing Jameis playing. Dallas maybe???? Who knows,,,, its fun to think about but my goodness is there a lot to take place between now and April 2015.

I really believe there will be a team that tanks for Winston the way Indianapolis did to get Luck. And my hope is that it's the Bucs.

Dallas fan here. The defense will probably be even worse than last year. Listening to Romo talk, he could go down at any moment. It could get really ugly. Stubborn Jerry couldn't take Manziel because he gave Romo so much money. He took another OL to help keep Romo healthy. But if he has a season ending back injury maybe he'd draft a QB high. I kinda don't wish that upon Winston though.

Houston defense looks too good to end up with top pick. So does jags, zona, and St. Louis. Maybe Minn, NY jets or Oakland or even Atl. Miami looks awful but they always win 6-8 games. I think TB is gonna surprise a bunch of people.

Jameis Winston will, without a doubt, be the first QB taken when he comes out unless something egregious happens off the field.

Wow, I think your assessment is way off.
We have a couple big names on defense in McCoy and David. Plus yes, we may have a small RB in Doug Martin but to say he can't pound the rock? He is one tough sumabitch! And a good couple of backups they can shift in there( hopefully with Lonnie Pryor lead blocking). I fully expect the whole NFC south to be competitive as any other division!
Bucs included.

Good points by many. I think it comes down to Houston, TB, or Oak. Maybe a Dallas or AZ trading up.

I know who'll get the 32nd...

Atlanta? Really?

My cowboys need Winston and also need this stripper/pornstargate with jerry to be a little worse ;)

If Cleveland or Washington play like they did on Monday night, they'll be strong contenders. Both looked awful!

My prediction is they kicked Manziel in the nuts in order to motivate him to get his act together. He is starter by game 4 and wins a bunch of games.

Tampa Bay looks strong. The QB blows but if he just manages the game they will win a bunch but won't be Playoff ready

Jax I'm 50/50 on. They either have a decent season or get manhandled. also not a playoff team

I think the Vikings are set up to implode. The raiders will implode if Scaub gets hurt. Washington will also either come together or totally fall apart. The Bills are also set up mainly for disaster.

I'm going to have to disagree with the "without a doubt" part. Many mocks have Mariotta going before Winston and plenty have been turned off by the off the field issues.
