Who has NFL Game pass? I have questions.

1. How do you contact them by phone? I have a number, but cannot get anyone to answer.
2. Are the preseason games live?
3. When I log in, it goes to sign up for the 7-days- free - trial.
4. I have tried to click on the help section and type a question, I get pre-printed information that is not helpful.

Anyone having these problems? What did you do?
