Who makes these?

A number of years ago, I bought two FSU-themed things:

- a translucent garnet stick-on over my high-mount stop light. When I step on the brake,"GO NOLES" shows up in gold.'
-a stick-on for my laptop cover, Basically, it's a big Osceola on a white background.

Does anyone know who makes these things?
