FSU has a unique fan base - the independent school that wanted to beat the SEC schools - and more. So we get Clemson, Pitt and UF at home next year. And ND at home the year after. Then we have games in the next decade with LSU (currently not exactly home and away but close), Bama (home and away) and UGA (home and away). You may not get access to those games unless you are a season ticket holder next year. But you won't buy them now without hope. And hope is the currency of all season ticket sales.
