Starts off by saying he's excited about this big game. Big week.

On the run game, says there have been some plays there. Same story as previously. Backs need to be more patient. Blocking needs to be more consistent.

On the fourth-and-1 run by Cam, said it was great because Cam learned from earlier mistake. Earlier in year, he tried to bounce one outside. This time he took on tackler and got the tough yards.

On the lack of fumble recoveries -- FSU has forced 13 but recovered only 2. Said part of it is need more guys to be around the ball. Working on it.

On AJ Westbrook and Murray making huge plays to win game ... says a lot about them as seniors to buy into a new coaching staff. Can be tough on seniors.

On pass coverage ... with guys running free, that's technique and missed assignments. Need do better job as coaches to make sure guys are where need to be.

On FSU-UM ... remembers rushing home as a kid to watch these games when his little league games were over. Seemed to always determine national title. Don't have to get guys fired up.

On missed tackles, said need better technique and physicality. Also need more guys near the ball.

On pass protection and Dickerson's return ... Landon definitely helped. But not just one guy. OL as a whole getting more consistent. Has seen improvement.

On Westbrook's play, said he was very proud of him seeing the TE make his signal to the QB. That's one of the things they've encouraged the players to do. Pay attention to little details during game.

On pass coverage breakdowns, said they'll need to look at whether they're asking guys to do too much.

On WR blocking, said it's been much better lately. More physical. WR group has come along quite well.

On Minshew ... he's starting to get in football shape. Hadn't been able to practice a ton. Now getting in better shape, which helps.

On Cam's pass-blocking ... he's really improved. Had some great blocks at Louisville to help Francois.

On Deondre's play ... missed a couple throws early. But settled down in second half. Was great with teammates whole game. The pass to Terry opened things up.

On Marvin Wilson ... very happy with how he's playing. Really impressed with how he rehabbed, and now playing at that great level they expected.

On running so much ... if you sit back and throw the ball every play, not a recipe for success. Running the ball has helped set up the pass. Good that can throw it when run isn't working.

DJ Matthews ... needs to do a better job of letting punt return team know that a punt is short. Did better later in the game.

Derrick Kelly ... getting a lot better. He's day to day now.

On N'Kosi Perry from UM ... dynamic athlete. Has really sparked them.

And that's about it for this week. We'll have video replay up shortly and more.
