Ahh if she claimed rape and got a rape kit and toxicology confirms she was drunk and or high and identifies you and your DNA matches, not sure you want to go to trial with that whether she is a credible witness or not. The toxicology report may very well get you convicted. You have to be careful out there taking home drunk and drugged girls. That is one thing the Winston case I think brought to light. Had her toxicology came back as very intoxicated or drugged, Winston may be in jail as we speak even if she was completely consensual to it and just claimed rape.
