1. The first kickoff out of bounds... Did the Texas state player touch the ball before he stepped out with it? Looked from my seat like it should have been placed at the two...
2. At one point in the game in the first half, it was 2nd and 20... Fsu was on offense and had a holding penalty. If accepted it would have been 2nd and 30? It seemed that it was declined and the next down was 2nd and 10... i looked at the scoreboard and the sideline markers for down... Am I just drinking too much captain or did I miss something?
