Wouldn't it depend on the quality of women? If they had to "steal his seed" there must be reasons why they don't have anyone to provide it now.

Just looked that up to see if it was true... it is indeed! Adult rate is 18.5%... mind blowing!

You really have to break that down further along ethnic lines. The white HIV rate is about 0.3%. African is about 13%, some specific subminorities are higher.

Besides, how does he know for sure that's all they want? People, amazingly lie.
Plus, as others said, their looks and methods would play a role.
