I know from working in the school system often it is a case your hands are tied until the person does something. But my question is why was all these reports made but he still cleared a background check to make the purchase of the AR-15. Was it the Vegas shooter are another recent one where the AF did not make the necessary report to keep that killer from clearing a background check. I am 100% behind the 2nd amendment but I am very much in favor of background checks. But lets get the info in place for the checks to be able to catch the loonies who should not have a firearm.
