We all know that Florida has a solid defense again this year. They are playing very good. But looking at Florida's offense here is a "fun" stat to share with them(not to be taken to seriously by some on here).
Per the NCAA stats the defensive rankings of the teams Florida has played so far this year:
Ole Miss............... 48th
Kentucky............... 58th
East Carolina........ 86th
Tennessee............ 93rd
New Mexico St..... 123rd
(None of these teams are anywhere close to being a solid defense)
Averages out to 82nd ranked defense in the country. The team that ranks 82nd in the NCAA stats are Troy University!
As far as the defenses that Florida State have played are:
Boston College.......... 1st
Wake Forest.............. 20th
South Florida............. 55th
Texas State................ 125
Averages out to the 50th ranked defense in the country(Kansas State).
So Florida has a really good defense, but let's see what Florida does when they play a team that actually has a defense with a heartbeat.
