Everyone in my office came in this morning to find that once you opened Chrome, went to a website and came back to Google home page, it has removed the eight "frequent websites" box links that have always been there. I thought I was just having a glitch and re-booted my machine. That didn't change anything and then I asked around to find all the computers/Chrome browsers do it once you navigate away from Google the first time.

Anyone have this problem or know what's up?

Early this morning (before 7am Eastern) everything was working just fine. After reading the initial post in this thread I launched a new tab and everything just looked basic.

I still have my favorites and everything still appears to be working correctly, so it really isn't bothering me.

One thing I did notice a few days ago was in regards to email. I typically open my personal G-Mail account and 2 work accounts which are hosted by Google. Typically when I open the first I can easily choose the others from a list. Since about Tuesday or Wednesday, I need to choose to add an account every time first. My guess is that is a new privacy feature, but I have no idea if that is correct.
