Are we the only school that suspends players who have been charged with a misdemeanor? Do other schools have the same policy?
What is to stop anyone in the future of erroneously accusing a student athlete at FSU of a crime and that player being suspended until the facts are worked out.
I know the circumstances around this case and the timing is horrible but suspending DC on a he said / she said case is not good precedence to set. I think Jimbo knows more than we think and I am not getting a good feeling about this DC case. The more I read the more I think he will fight it out and win in court but lose a few games on the field this year.
