Not a Kelly bashing thread. Just wanted to state my opinion. Kelly doesnt, from what ive seen, bring a high energy level to his side of the ball. He's very calm & collect. Nothing to wrong with that. But Pruitt was the polar opposite. Let me state that I think our defense will alone be better this year than last. But i believe if Kelly brought an excitement & energy level with him it would help ramp up our defensive production. After all he's the leader on that side of the ball & when you're the delegated LEADER, people & their production usually reflect that of the leader. Were not gonna have 11 Jalens on that side of the ball. So the ones who have the potential need someone who can bring it out of them with a high level of intensity & energy. Can Kelly do it this year? Cant wait to see how it all plays out!
