After imagining what she could've done and reading what she actually did, this was kind of a downer to read.

Ducore's attorney Nina Ginsberg defended her client, telling T+L that her client was drunk before she got on the plane. "The airline let her board the flight when she was visibly intoxicated and they served her," she said.

To highlight her point, Ginsberg added that the person who drove Ducore to the airport waited for two hours, "so concerned that she wouldn't be allowed on the flight."
