What are the best job sites for hiring and recruiting? Please scratch Indeed. Been there and wasted money. Nobody on Indeed seems to have more than a GED

You can try ziprecruiter.com. Most of the people I've gotten from there have been shitty but every so often I'll get that diamond in the rough.

What type of people are you trying to hire? Different sites attract different skills and levels of professionalism

Hire a professional recruiter. Unless looking for a sled dog job boards are full of C players.
