I am late to the Breaking Bad party. In season 2 and Saul was just introduced. I've got Better Call Saul on the DVR. If I start watching it, is it going to spoil BB for me?

Thanks dmm. I was hesitant to start BCS because I knew BB was next up on my binge watching list. Didn't want to ruin anything for BB but now that Saul has been introduced I'm excited to see more of his character.

This is also true. There are tons of minor references back to BB content, which rewards those who have followed along since the beginning.

Better to finish BB before watching BCS.

I've got all the BB seasons. Target recently had them for $10 a pop. Guess I'll keep recording and join the BCS conversation in season 2. Thanks for the info.

The first 5 minutes of BCS lets you know what happened to Saul Goodman after BB ends. If you don't mind knowing Saul's fate then watch it. Or you could skip the first 5 minutes of BCS and you will be fine.

One actually wouldn't know that unless you said something about it. They don't allude to it other than that.

You can't fully appreciate Better Call Saul without watching Breaking Bad first. There's plenty of time to watch BB before season 2 of BCS (and the discussions) start.

I don't know.... One thing I don't like about BCS is that I know his fortune at all times. He never gets a real break at any point. I know for sure he is going to inevitably end up in a Cinnabun.

Not knowing that would be kind of nice.

I do enjoy however seeing how the Mike and Saul relationship originally formed. That gives the show an extra appeal that you would not have if you hadn't seen BB.

You guys may not want to do all this chatting about specific details in a thread started by a guy asking if the show is going to spoil another show. Just because some outcomes are obvious to those who have seen BB does not mean others have picked up on it.
