Collegiate football is in crisis leaving the fans, coaches and players disillusioned.
Most of us think the reason most players are opting out is self interest and while there are certainly several who did, we think other opt outs could be avoided if systemic problems were addressed with the playoff, bowls, an impossible calander in December that makes it extremely difficult for a portal player to practice and play while in the portal. We also think the bowls and college football need to make insurance policies available to those NFL certified athletes to play in the games, with those premiums paid through the player's NIL agreement.
