Bright House cable sucks

Apparently an appointment for between 12-2 means they just want me to stay at home for a couple hours . Instead of calling me to tell me they are going to be late. They want me to have to call in. Instead of telling me when they are coming, they say they will call me in a half hour to tell me how much later than that they will be.

I have BH and hate the service and the company and customer service too.

I'm thinking of other options, maybe Dish Network.

I had my first poor customer service experience with DirecTV this past week. Funny thing is, every time previously I got a follow up call the next day so I could tell them how well they did. This time, crickets.

Same here. It is constant problems with them every single week these days. I just have not been able to make time to explore other options.

I've had pixelization problems with BH-Tampa the last 7 years. They reduced my monthly bill for two years but I guess they decided I wasn't leaving so they no longer gave me a discount. Guess it's time to finally leave for better reception.

Same. Been too busy to do any research but Dish seems to have some good deals now.

Anyone know anything about Dish's internet service?
