I made a set probably 6-7 years ago and the things weigh a ton. Looking to make some new ones for summer that are lighter, easier to move, and possibly have the fold out legs that vanish back into the table.

I am guessing quite a few people here have built/made there own.

Any suggestions or links that people have would be much appreciated!

You need to get you some 3-N-1 oil and a set of 30 weight ball bearings....

Buy them....they look better and much cheaper.

I know, that's what I was possibly thinking. When I first made them was suppose to be a cheap/half day project which turned into spending more than if I just ordered. Any good places people would recommend? Looking to either do FSU style or patriotic.

Here's the first set - made them for my mom for her 4th of July party.

Make them out of Kevlar.

That way when fights break out and shots are being fired you can dive behind your board.
