i just learned that Coach Nobles who has been with the Track and Field program for 31 yrs is retiring.... Very sad day. If you ever had the pleasure of meeting him or even better coached by him you would know he is/was what you want in a friend, mentor, coach.
This is concerning though as the university has not released anything. From what I understand he has not completely retired but left the track and field program and will be a full time teacher, how bad does it have to be to leave something you loved for 31 yrs.....
Maybe that change in coaching staff will come sooner than expected
