I am Deputy Director of the Tallahassee office of Live the Life ( https://www.livethelife.org) a non-profit organization with offices also in Jacksonville, Ft. Lauderdale, Panama City and also in Orlando. We are planning to open an office in the next few years in St. Pete/Tampa, Charlotte NC, and also Knoxville TN. We teach Relationship/Marriage Education (RME) with conflict resolution skills in an effort to drive down the divorce rate, raise the marriage rate, and strengthen families in the state of Florida. Our Adventures in Marriage program, is evaluated by the FSU Center of Preventive Research and is rated one of the most effective in the US in resolving conflict with lasting effects. It is NOT counseling, it is a skill-based curriculum taught by an instructor, and couples are coached through each skill. Coach Norvell and his staff went through an Adventures in Marriage class over a year ago, and recently, our founding President, Richard Albertson sat down with him to talk about the importance of life and families.
