Could ND, Stanford, Cal, Utah, Colorado, ASU, Arizona, Kansas, and KSU join the current ACC to form a 3rd super conference?

It preserves some rivalries and brings in Bay Area, Rockies, Phoenix, and national (ND) markets?

I still do not see the Big 12 making the football landscape. They could be the biggest 2nd tier league.
