Anyone on here competing in the crossfit open? It’s my first time doing it and I’m not really in the best shape at the moment but I’m working on it.
I scaled 18.1 but decided to go ahead and try to RX 18.2. I ended up not getting to the bar for my clean. I ended up with 101 reps out of 110 (9 burpees short).
Would it best to try 18.2 again but scaled this time ( for completion) or to just leave it alone and stay with my RX score. I’ve been told that anything RX is better than anything scaled but it seems to me, like that’s only if you ‘completed’ the workout? Technically i didn’t complete 18.2. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
