D. Johnson situation

I've viewed the video at least 20 times now. My question is if Johnson was the aggressor why didn't the first female to his left that he tried getting by didn't take him trying to get to the bar as being rude. She kindly got out if his way. I'm sure if he told her, "hey get the hell out of my way I'm trying to get a drink", she wouldn't have move so easily and politely. I challenge you to view the first woman's body language after D. Johnson and her made contact about him getting to the bar. Its entirely different from Johnson's attacker. I would totally blow this out if the park if I were his lawyer.
