Looks like he entered his first play in a global plea deal. I didn't understand if he received 48 months to 8 years for only the California case or if that is the sum total of his sentence for all the rapes. What a psychopath...

Looks like it's just the one state but he might have set up deals to get concurrent sentences from the other states

I haven't read any of the court documents yet but it's my understanding he's agreed to a global agreement giving him 9 years across all states to be served concurrently.

9 years is absolutely insane to me. I fully expected this guy would get at least 20. Can someone explain to me how you get 9 freakin years for I think 6 rapes and drug charges? Did they have crap evidence and realize convictions would be tough?

What I gathered was he's pleading guilty to federal charges in AZ, NV and state charges in LA for a combined 20 yrs. (9 yrs for AZ/NV in federal prison, then 11 in LA state prison). He also pleaded no contest in CA today, which has not yet sentenced him, so more will likely be added.

Still, getting the seperate charges in 3 different stayes combined was a helluva deal. Also, don't forget he was also charged in FL for the same type of drugging rape as the others, but they were later dropped due to lack of evidence.

See this is one of those instances when the death penalty today seems like a good idea. You cannot redem this dude, you had no reason whatsoever to commit such a terrible crime. I say fry his azz today.

The plea deal is that they was all run concurrently, so whatever he gets is what he ends up getting. The case isn't as open an shut as you think or they wouldn't be offering any plea deal.
