Did Warchant start a sports bar?

Midtown Pass on N. Monroe St is now named the Warchant Sports Bar and Grill. Any relation to the website?
 
I dont believe so. I speak occasionally with an owner/manager. At one point he mentioned
People not really knowing what midtown pass was, so they added in "warchant" sports bar to help give it more
Of a sports bar identity.
