I had a mod delete a post I made in the thread entitled "D'Shawn Hand - DUI" due to the following explanation... "Please leave politics off the warchant.com message boards". Nothing was cited and no names were left for me to contact.
1) I would like to know exactly what I said that is not allowed.
2) I would like to know if anyone else in the thread got the same note
3) It appears my follow up post was not deleted - so I need to understand the difference between the two.
I was having a productive and insightful conversation with @KitingHigh and I don't think anyone in the thread was really impacted by my contributions in a negative way.
These things are getting more frequent - and it's sort getting out of hand man... I've lost count of the years I've been a paying member of this community. I've been censored for saying something "political" a few times now, and I really need to understand why. I read some pretty far out stuff on these boards, so am I being specifically watched by one of your mods? Is it because I am posting something regarding being a "Constitutionalist" or anything associated being proud of my country? is it "political" to love my country and my country's history? Who am I offending here? Who is so offended that they just can't stand to read the opinions of others? It's insane and I'm tired of it...
Check out the thread and please get back with me... I can't contact the nameless mod, so I am going this route... Either way - the censoring is getting old dude... I'm just talking as if I would talk to anyone in person... My "like-to-post" ratio is pretty fantastic, as well... So that should say something about my content and what I bring to the table here... Just getting tired of getting popped for "political" discussion... I mean if I came out ad said "I hate liberal azzhats" or "every Republican is a fascist" I could see the issue - but I think the mods are being a tad overzealous with this stuff... It's almost enough to just no thanks to warchant.com anymore...
