Dragons beard candy, culinary help if anyone can.

anyone ever had or made it?

It's basically a soft candy pulled by hand to tiny strands resembling cotton candy.

My daughter wants to make some and she's been stuck recovering for a tonsillectomy for the past few days.

I've tried and failed miserably a few times to make Chinese pulled noodles, but I think these might be slightly easier.
