Do you use a smoking gun or do you smoke the ice?

Gun. I had just the cheap basic one for a while but my wife got me the full setup with the weighted base, 7-8 kinds of chips, and the full dome. I used the old one to smoke bourbon in a bell jar. Now I make the drinks and put them under the dome and smoke them. They’re awesome.

To me, Orbium is better. My brother thinks it's a bit weak, which means it's not as dry as Sapphire or others but I love it!!

Try it with a splash of Jack Rudy tonic or just over ice.
