Duke will play poorly at times and the game will remain interesting.

Coach K will work the refs tirelessly, and Duke will get several questionable calls.

After its too late, some of the questionable calls will go the other way, but Duke will attempt more free throws.

there will be way too many commercials and the game won't finish until 11:30.

I think Duke is more athletic and matches up well against them. I have money on Duke and picked them in my bracket to beat Wisconsin but I get the feeling that Wisconsin's deeper bench and experience will help them the final few minutes.

Duke is a difficult match up for Whisky. Plus, Whisky looked dog tired after Kentucky. But I just get a feeling that this is Bo Ryan's year

If Duke defends as well as they did vs Michigan St., they'll win it easily. That defensive display was phenomenal.

Wisconsin will get into foul trouble tonight I predict, and that's going to be their downfall...particularly Dekker, who will (I think) have to guard the largely unguardable, Winslow.

I think Wisconsin played about as well as can be played vs Kentucky. That performance will have to be replicated...and I don't see that happening against that Duke defense.

Duke 70-65 Wisconsin

All I got right was the winner. Everything about how they'd win was just about the opposite of what I predicted.

Ref's blew two possessions for Wisconsin in the last 1:30. Duke player steps out of bounds and they don't call it and Duke scores on that possession and then Duke player tips ball out of bounds (reviewed and not overturned) but Duke gets possession and scores.

Duke was up five after the review went there way. Wisconsin was up nine and they blew it. Kaminsky got every single call and Duke's two best were in foul trouble all night.

Down the stretch Wisconsin shot 3/10 and Duke shot 4/6. That was the difference.

that's fair. its also fair to say that Wisconsin pushed him out of bounds, and the refs were generous in not calling a foul before he stepped out. Ditto with the loose ball - even if the Duke player touched the ball, which is not clear, the Duke player got hacked in the scrum. giving duke a possession in that case instead of a foul on Wisc and possession is a reasonable compromise so i didn't have a problem with those calls

there were some questionable calls earlier in the game as well.

Tagging Okafor with those fouls early was huge. It was just that Duke's freshmen point guards played lights out. Who would have thought that the little guys would carry the team.
