The F4 I flew had a cockpit similar the the F4G in the pictures.
Some of those are pretty nasty old cockpits.

I don't know how you could keep up with all the different gauges.

And in the new cockpits, not sure how one could use touchscreen in mid flight, with gloves on Im assuming as well.
