Hey Noles! The wife and I are thinking about making the trip to Doak this Labor Day weekend for my first Noles game. We just started kicking around the idea so I wanted to reach out for some advice or things to look for/avoid when I am planning this trip.
- Where do the out of towners stay? I've always read how bad Tallahassee hotels price gauge. We were thinking about flying in Saturday (from Cincinnati) and leaving Monday. Hows the Air BnB situation in town? Or am I better off going the hotel route? I've also read of others staying in Thomasville or Bainbridge or even as far out as Jacksonville area and renting a car and driving in.. I would probably rather Uber everywhere we go, so that may not be an option.
- Tickets. If any Warchanters aren't able to make the game and want to sell their tickets to Noles, PM me. I am not picky. Anywhere in the stadium would probably be fine. I always wanted to hold out for a night game with a big crowd for my first game. So anywhere in the stadium would be fine by me. Hell, maybe even splurge for some CC tickets
- This is a long ways away so there will be plenty of time to research, but wanted to make sure I got the full game day experience, checking out the Marching Chiefs, tailgates, pre game stuff going on around the stadium. Any advice there? What time and where do the Chiefs set up shop?
Any advice would be helpful!
