Free beer until UCF wins a game

Brilliant move. After 4-5 cheap beers everyone will start digging in their pockets for liquor drinks and shots.

In college this always blew me away, we'd go to Potbellys for $0.05 beer and a bunch of guys would be drinking bottles of Budweiser, or Bud Light.

I could understand if they were buying Newcastle or at least a higher end beer, but to pay $3 for basically the same thing you could get for pennies was ridiculous. Definitely parents money.

I'm sure their liability insurer is just giddy about this idea.

I would agree with you, except we sold Meister Brau at CJ's on nickel beer night. It was like $10 a keg. I got ploughed on that stuff one night and the next morning if I could of stood upright I would have removed my head from my body with a butter knife - and I'm Irish. MB was evil shite. We started sneaking a keg of Heineken in the mix for fraternity brother and significant others. We always had a pitcher of sex on the beach, lemon drops and something else for the sorority girls to do free shots.

Yeah, the beer at nickel beer night back in the day was pretty terrible. It tasted like even more watered down budlight.

If they lose to Tulane, they'll be big underdogs all the way to USF at the end of the season. So that place is going under.
Disagree. I bet the attention they get plus what Matt said will make this a brilliant move. They did it to quell a huge drop in business due to UCF suckage.

So today, UCF lost again - this time to team with a blind long-snapper. That bar owner is giving away a lot of beer this year.

Actually on reading that article and others he's fully blind in one eye and his corrected vision is 20/200. 20/200 is probably roughly what my eyesight would be without contacts or glasses and before I got contacts in college I still did contact sports (football, rugby, karate, boxing etc...) without my glasses and only used glasses for tennis and baseball (I could see the balls but not with enough acuity sans glasses to "read" the laces/stiches.). I see shapes and even pretty small objects just fine they're just hazy where I'm not reading the logos on them. So he can definitely see where the QB is just fine and where to block but with only one working eye he probably has little depth perception so his performance is surprising/outstanding.

After catching lightning in a bottle with #1 pick Bortles and UM transfer Storm Johnson they're back to being UCF. Good riddance. I live in the Orlando area and bandwagon fans are quickly jumping over to the Gatas after their blowout win over Ole Miss
