Make no mistake, we own them right now. It just happens to be "our time" and I know the momentum will shift to them at some point in the series, but now am just enjoying the ride

an earlier post mentioned that at "the Swamp" they've score 16 points since Tebow's last game in 2009.

And they haven't managed a single point until the 4th quarter of any of those games.

I happened to be at the game in gainesville in 2009, which, was a horrible day

However, 2010, the momentum shifted. You could feel it at Doak that day in late November.

nothing was working for the gators. early in the 2nd quarter, Meyer gambled on fourth-and-5 from his own 36.

Punter Chas Henry actually had a good fake, but was tackled a yard short of a first down.

Christian Ponder lofted a 39-yard touchdown pass to Rodney Smith on the next play to give us a 17-7 lead, which we never relinquished

it was a pivotal moment in the series. FSU had lost 6 straight. Meyer was still on a roll .

those 2 plays, in my mind, shifted the series. FSU got its win, broke the streak, embarassed Meyer, and the rest is history!
