FSU sports information:

The Florida State beach volleyball team defeated the ULM Warhawks 5-0 on Sunday afternoon as part of the Seminole Beach Bash. The No. 4 Seminoles (6-0) went 4-0 throughout the weekend and won the tournament.

FSU’s only match saw the Seminoles sweep the Warhawks in two sets on every court except one. Arkansas transfer Taylor Head and redshirt junior Arianna Bergner put on an exciting battle on court five, in which they emerged victorious in three sets. In the other four matches, FSU won seven of eight sets by at least seven points for a dominating finish to the first home tournament of the season.

The Seminoles will be back in action Friday against Houston Christian and Tampa, and Saturday against Coastal Carolina and FGCU as part of the Tampa Invitational. Live stats will be available on Seminoles.com.
