FSU, Fisher use new tools to foster player accountability

As Florida State opened spring camp Monday, it was evident accountability would become a driving force for the team over the next month.

Seminoles coach Jimbo Fisher told reporters in his pre-practice press conference he and his coaching staff revamped Fourth Quarter Drills. Instead of the session being about getting in conditioning work, the focus switched to how players were evaluated daily during those workouts.

If a player met expectations, they wore a garnet jersey. If a player fell below what was required, they had to wear an orange jersey until proven otherwise.
