I will mention a few and add more later. We all have some long forgotten memories..........add yours and make us all smile 
* As told to me by an old timer that graduated in the 50's: Across Tennessee street around where the music building is there used to be an open field there with a stable for horses. It was a cool thing for students to bring their horse to school. An old guy told me that he once rode his horse from there with his girlfriend on behind him across Tennessee, across campus and all the way across Landis Green around and back...............then he paused..........smiled and looked at me and said, "We were both butt nekid!"
* Sammy Seminole--Before Osceola and Renegade Sammy Seminole used to do back flips on the field before the start of the game..............that's 100 yards from end zone to end zone!
* The KA fraternity used to fire a cannon in the FSU end zone whenever FSU scored. So the story goes............UF cheerleaders used to do a special cheer ending with the girls turning their backs to the student side of the field and flipping up their skirts while bending over showing their orange panties. One time when they did it the KA's put shredded newspaper in the cannon and when the UF cheerleaders bent over they fired the cannon sending small hot pieces of paper hitting the girls in the butts..........at which time the girls all fell to the turf scooting their burned butts like dogs while everyone in the stands went crazy laughing! Thus the KA cannon was banned. Anyway, that's the story! Bwahahahaahh!
