TALLAHASSEE, Fla. -- FSU football game tickets are being offered at a discounted price for this weekend's game.
Florida State ticket officials say the University of South Florida returned about 8,500 tickets that they didn't sell.
Therefore, in an effort to fill the seats, FSU is slashing the ticket price.
FSU student Kathleen Smith says, "With more participation and just more people around the stadium, especially we're in that garnet and gold, it definitely gets us more pumped because everyone is rooting for the same thing and we all come together as one."
The $60 south-end zone tickets are going for $35 and youth 18 and under pay $12.
You can buy tickets online at seminole.com or at the box office. FSU goes up against USF at 11:30 Saturday morning.
